Paul Rinkoff, Acting Superintendent, Toronto Police Service
A champion of community-engaged policing, A/Supt. Rinkoff has led numerous successful partnership initiatives within TPS. For over two decades, Paul has gained frontline, investigative, executive management and leadership experience in the field of policing and criminal justice. He has been a member and leader of several committees that promote equity and inclusivity.

Johanna Herman, Director Stakeholder Relations and Partnerships, Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Canada
As Director of Stakeholder Relations and Partnerships at FSWC, Johanna Herman leverages her extensive experience in antisemitism training across corporate, healthcare, legal, and public sectors to forge connections between the Jewish community and law enforcement. Her expertise in strategic partnerships and curriculum development has been instrumental in creating collaborative, community-centered training initiatives that drive meaningful impact.
